Product overview
Cement-based grouting material is a dry mixture with reasonable gradation prepared by industrial production, which is composed of cement, granular aggregate, necessary admixtures and mineral admixtures. It is a hydraulic compound, adding a certain amount of water to the construction site, mixing evenly can be used, with high flow, micro expansion, full perfusion, no segregation, no bleeding, no settlement, good bearing contact surface and other properties. Grouting materials have been widely used in many fields such as civil construction, steel, transportation, energy and municipal engineering because of their reliable quality, simple construction, environmentally friendly and relatively high economic benefits.

Third, product performance
1, early strength, high strength: 1d strength up to 30MPa or more, the equipment can be installed 1d after production.
2, flow state: the site only need to add water after stirring, directly into the equipment foundation, without shaking can fill all the gaps of the equipment foundation.
3, micro expansion: to ensure that the equipment and the foundation close contact. No shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bond strength, and steel bar gripping force is not less than 6Mpa.
4, durability: 2 million fatigue tests, 50 freeze-thaw cycle test strength has no significant change. Good impermeability, frost resistance and corrosion resistance.
5, oil seepage resistance: after soaking in oil for 30d, its strength is more than 10% higher than before immersion.
6, environmental protection: no chloride, no corrosion of equipment, steel
Scope of application
